03 · The quantum engine

Priced by a
quantum circuit.

Classical pricers simulate millions of price paths. Quantum amplitude estimation loads the coin's price distribution into 6 qubits, writes the option's payoff into a 7th, and reads the price with quadratically fewer samples. The method comes from published IBM Quantum and JPMorgan Chase research.

Every coin gets a covered-call vault. Deposit your bag, the vault sells weekly calls above the price, and you collect the premium in SOL every Friday. Half of the coin's trading fees top it up.

Short
answers.

Options are the oldest tool in finance. Memecoins never had them. Now every coin does.

What's an option?

The right, not the obligation, to buy (a call) or sell (a put) a coin at a set price before a set date. Buyers can never lose more than the premium they paid.

Why price them on a quantum circuit?

An option's price is an average over every path the coin could take. Quantum amplitude estimation finds that average with quadratically fewer samples than classical Monte Carlo, so quotes stay sharp on coins that move 20% an hour.

Who sells the options?

Each coin's vault writes covered calls with deposited coins, and market makers quote the rest. Every option is fully collateralised before it can be sold.

How do they settle?

Automatically at expiry, in SOL, against a 30-minute average of the coin's price. Nothing to exercise, nothing to claim.

What does the creator earn?

30% of the coin's trading fees, plus 0.2% of every option premium traded on it. Half of the trading fees go to the coin's vault, where holders earn them.
